Service Fee Agreement

 Thank you for choosing me as your travel advisor. My goal is to create a seamless, personalized, and stress‑free travel experience for you and your travel party. To ensure transparency and clarity, this document outlines the service fees associated with my planning and booking services.

Scope of Services

As your travel advisor, I may assist with:

  • Custom itinerary development

  • Dining reservation coordination

  • Tour, excursion, and entertainment ticket booking

  • Theme park planning and reservation support

  • Cruise planning and booking

  • Domestic and international trip planning

  • Disney Resorts vacation package planning (special category)

 These services are designed to save you time, reduce stress, and ensure your trip is tailored to your preferences.

Service Fee Structure

Hotel‑Only Bookings

For clients booking a standalone hotel stay with no additional planning services.

Fee: No service fee.

Custom Trip Planning & Itinerary Development

For clients wanting a personalized itinerary or coordination of reservations beyond basic hotel booking. This includes:

  • Researching destinations, activities, and travel logistics

  • Coordinating dining reservations

  • Booking tours, excursions, and entertainment options

  • Providing tailored recommendations based on your travel style

Fee: $99. Trips 7+ days or parties larger than 6, varies based on trip complexity, number of travelers, and planning requirements. A quote will be provided before planning begins.

Disney Vacation Packages

Disney vacations require extensive planning, time‑sensitive reservations, and ongoing support throughout the pre‑travel process. Because of this, Disney packages fall under a separate service‑fee category.

For clients booking a hotel and ticket vacation packages only, with no additional reservation support – No service fee.

Service fees for Disney packages are based on:

  • Resort category and package type

  • Ticket and add‑on selections

  • Customized itinerary with suggested park touring strategies

  • Length of stay

  • Whether dining reservations and Lightning Lane Multi Pass selections are requested

Dining & Lightning Lane Planning:

If you would like me to handle dining reservations and/or Lightning Lane Multi Pass selections, the service fee will be determined by the length of stay and the number of days requiring reservation management.

Service fees begin at $149 (length of stay 3 nights or less). A detailed Disney fee schedule will be provided prior to planning.

Additional Services

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Last‑minute itinerary changes

  • Extensive re‑quoting after initial planning

  • Complex multi‑destination itineraries

  • Group travel planning

  • Requests requiring expedited turnaround

Any additional fees will be communicated in advance.

Payment Terms

  • Service fees are non‑refundable and due prior to the start of itinerary planning.

  • Fees cover planning time, research, communication, and reservation management.

  • Travel supplier costs (hotels, tickets, tours, etc.) are separate from service fees.

  • Planning will begin once the service fee agreement is signed and payment is received.

Client Acknowledgment

By signing the Service Fee Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the service fees outlined in this agreement and authorize the travel advisor to begin planning services.
